Country House Sitting

I rolled over and opened my eyes. I wanted to see the stars shimmer. In the cozy warm darkness of my bed, I was delighted. Scraggly oak branches waved slowly across a full pallet of shimmering stars. Sometime later I fell asleep as I gazed into the sky.

I awoke peacefully; it was the perfect reflection of the last moments before I slipped into sleep. In the morning darkness I stared once again at the wonders of the night sky.

I headed out early this morning, eager to breathe in the predawn air and take in the last of the night wonders.

Taza- I had something reall insightful to say until you started talking about his banana!

I love Minnesota - no wonder you love it here - Friday we went to Harmony and today I think we are headed to Red Wing - it is such a beautiful and spirit filled place - thanks for the offer of the car, again, you are a sweetheart.
