Nanowrimo
I have now written more words than ever, having now ventured beyond the safety of the short story. Where I enjoyed the foreplay as the story played out in my mind, letting the excitement build up to the magical moment when my fingers touched the keyboard. Being consumed in the moments of creation, losing track of time, typing, editing, reading it back to myself until the moment when I felt it all come together.
Writing a novel is a journey into the unknown for me. Night after night it goes on, leaving me exhausted with all that flows through me unto the page. I have gone through the moments when I questioned my sanity for starting such a colossal project. Have at other moments wandered the earth aimlessly looking for my way through this story. Had Grudge match sessions where I stubbornly pushed my word count along. Wanted to quit several times. All interspersed with moments of magic and literary love making.

It sounds like you're doing well with NaNoWriMo and enjoying the process. Good for you!
Thanks Michele,
Your doing good Michele too Michele. I am just trying to keep up. Your right though, I am enjoying the process.
Whew I just reread this post and it I had to laugh at myself a little. I can be so dramatic when I write.
I resisted the urge to edit it. Which I believe it could use a little but I am way to tired for that kind of writing adventure. I am more into the flow now.
Write ON! You caught it, didnt ya Chris. The Nano bug, that mutates yer soul.
Dont worry, it's far from terminal altho it is chronic. Yer finding the mutations quite interestin, huh LOL. You got it Baaaaad, and that is Good!
(Member, try not to obsess on werdcounts, and dont bother editing much! You can always go back n do that later at yer agent/publisher's request hehehee)
TY, Oh Shining Author Man.. for recognizing what's Write in the world!
Hi Magz,
Your right Magz I have caught the nano bug. It shows too, I just read my comment to Michele and I can tell that the inner editor is off and I am not looking back to see if anything that I write makes sense. ;)
Sorry Michele.
Thanks for the encouragement It helps a lot.
I have this theory about my nano novel and its this; what took me thirty days to write will take 3 months to edit and fatten up.
Oh if there is any errors in my comment its all my inner editors fault. He is on a Holiday.
Hey Man,
I see you made it through. Great job on the novel. You are so creative and it sounds like you had a great time with it.
Love your sister A.
