Toaster-boy to Caveman

I have transformed myself from Toaster-boy in the summer of 2005 to, air-conditioned Caveman this summer. Heavy curtains, AC, window blinds and an emergency “space blanket” taped to every window has made quite a difference in both the temperature of my apartment and the light levels as well. I am staying cool, thanks to the urgings of Taza for me to buy a window AC unit. She also passed on the idea of one of our friends, who found out that those emergency blankets reflect a lot of the heat back outside, and I must say it does work quite well. However, my neighbors probably think I have gone mad, sticking tin foil in the windows to keep out the gamma radiation. Oh well, it works for me, I sleep mostly during the day anyways,
